If you would like to delete your Kairos account and your associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your Kairos account, please email us at:

In your message, include:

The email address used in Kairos
What data will be deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we will permanently delete:
✅ Your Kairos account
✅ Journal entries
✅ Mood check-ins
✅ Analytics data
✅ Session history
✅ Personal preferences (goals, reminders, onboarding choices)
✅ Subscription status stored in our database (Pro flag)
What data may be kept
Some data may be retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons:
⚠️ Google Play purchase records are managed by Google Play and RevenueCat.
We do not control Google’s billing history.
We may keep:

Basic transaction metadata (non-sensitive) for accounting purposes

Anonymous crash logs / diagnostics (if enabled)
Retention period
Account deletion is processed within:
⏱️ 7 days
Some limited records (such as billing metadata) may be retained for up to:
